There are a huge number of ways to sell your boat – many websites now offer free listings for private sellers. If you are not in a hurry to sell your boat, this could save you money on brokerage fees but make sure you check any 'fees' if you sell her through this channel.

- For Sale boards

- Their existing database of clients looking for a boat
This means your boat reaches a much bigger potential audience.
A broker will also handle all negotiations, renegotiations, deal with surveyors, boat movements and of course ensure your money is safe when it comes to finalising the sale.
