Marco Marine Ltd is the UK importer for Dufour Yachts, Minor Offshore and EdgeWater power boats; all three of these manufacturers have a proven history of providing customisation for the commercial market. In support of this, Marco Marine has established working relationships with companies worldwide in providing after sales support and technical advice.
Together with our passion for after care and relationship management, customisation of production boats, creative use of standard readily available equipment and solutions for non-standard operating areas and problems, has enabled Marco Marine to continually provide solutions to the commercial and flotilla market.
Marco Marine has a proven track record with extensive experience in delivering professionally commissioned new boats. We have delivered an average of twenty fully commissioned Dufour Yachts to commercial customers each year, each of them individually customised to the new owner's specific requirements.
Marco Marine have, to date, supplied Neilson Active Holidays (part of the Thomas Cook group) with over 38 Dufours on time, to budget and to the agreed standard. We have worked alongside Neilson to understand their charter requirements and those of the Greek and Turkish Government to enable the supplied boats to be prepared quickly to meet charter requirements and to mitigate down time when such requirements change. Delivery
Marco Marine can offer delivery of a new boat by road or sea. We have relationships with tried and tested specialist haulers with experience of high volume, quick turnaround requirements.
Delivery by sea can be arranged with our professional delivery partner, either as sole management or customer accompanied. We are also able to offer training and/or boat specific coaching during an accompanied sea delivery.
Branding
We have experience in branding everything from individual boats to full fleets with anything from sails, hulls to total hull wrap.
Coding
Marco Marine has a proven track record in cost efficient coding solutions to MCA standards. We are able to provide a fully managed coding process, including to country specific requirements, such as Greek standards.
Custom Build
Through strong relationships with our manufacturers, we are able to provide custom build modifications and total custom builds. Across the three boat yards, there is experience of providing boats to the US Navy, Red Cross, harbour patrols, Mediterranean flotillas and police authorities, as well individual customisation to suit personal needs such as dive doors and deck colouring.
